Job summary

ConMet’s Chillicothe, OH plant is seeking an operations leader to direct warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control to keep production on schedule and ensure on-time deliveries. You’ll align inbound and outbound flows with production plans and customer demand.

You will build a safe, skilled team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Production and Purchasing to guarantee material availability while maintaining cycle counts and FIFO accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years in materials, warehousing, or logistics within manufacturing.
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse ops, and ERP (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Align inbound, in-plant, and outbound flow with production schedules and customer demand.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, and performance through continuous improvement.
• Partner with Production, Purchasing, and other teams to guarantee material availability.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and FIFO.
