Job summary

Xpress Global Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Operations teammate to provide administrative support to Service Center Operations. You will answer phones, perform data entry, and respond to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

You will interface with customers about routes, deliveries, and pickups, assist will-call customers with freight, and help ensure OSHA, DOT, and state regulations compliance while delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years clerical experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Warehouse and WMS experience preferred.
• AS400 experience and dispatching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Service Center Operations, including data entry and clerical tasks.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional attitude toward customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with drivers and customers on routes, deliveries, and pickups.
• Assist will-call customers with freight pickup and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.
