Job summary

TELUS Digital delivers Salesforce-powered transformations and seeks a Delivery Director to lead a portfolio of enterprise projects, ensuring adherence to Salesforce methodologies and driving delivery excellence across teams.

You will mentor project managers, manage client relationships, escalate issues as needed, and shepherd high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• 5+ years consulting experience, preferred.
• Experience implementing multiple Salesforce solutions at various scales.
• Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Consultant, Developer, Architect.
• Proven leadership with managing project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong Project/Program management skills with teams of varying size.
• History of delivering high-quality results on schedule and budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects with accountability for delivery excellence.
• First line of escalation on delivery issues; drive resolution and risk mitigation.
• Provide weekly status updates to practice leadership on project portfolio.
• Coach and mentor consultants; assist with project deliverables as needed.
• Define and manage stage-gate reviews to meet established compliance standards.
• Adopt standardized development lifecycle methodology across COEs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders; provide vision and roadmapping.
