Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Delivery Director for its Salesforce Practice to lead enterprise-scale delivery, ensuring projects adhere to COE methodologies and delivery excellence. You will mentor project managers, manage escalations, and drive ongoing client relationships while shaping roadmaps and future product directions.

You will report to the Delivery Lead within the Practice, oversee a team of project managers, and coordinate with solution teams to ensure delivery quality and customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• 5+ years consulting experience, preferred.
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple scales.
• Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Consultant, Developer, Architect, preferred.
• Proven leadership with PMs, budget and schedule oversight.
• PMP Certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of projects and ensure delivery excellence per Salesforce COEs.
• Serve as first escalation point for delivery issues and coordinate resolution.
• Provide weekly status updates to practice leadership on project health.
• Coach and mentor consultants and help create project deliverables.
• Define stage gate reviews and ensure compliance to lifecycle methodologies.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and roadmap vision.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to communicate issues clearly.
