Job summary

TELUS Digital, Salesforce practice, seeks a Senior Project Manager to join our implementation team and lead enterprise-scale projects. You will oversee deliverables, partner with technical and non-technical teams, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

You will manage project plans, track progress, mitigate risks, and drive governance across SDLC phases. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large project teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise project delivery
• Familiarity with Salesforce implementations and SDLC

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
• Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project
• Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytic skills
• Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed
• Ability to provide hands on configuration and customization of the Salesforce product in all declarative tasks would be nice to have
• Define and manage the stage gate reviews during the projects to meet the compliance standards that are established
• Responsible for managing the programs as outlined in the SOW and mitigating the risk. In the case of any deviations from the original SOW, PMs are responsible for working with the delivery leadership to raise the appropriate Change Orders
• Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects
• Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform and various integration tools
• Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmapping
• Work well with customers, internal technology and product teams to articulate issues and communicate effectively
• Work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively

• Complete Trailheads, Salesforce Certification on the following within 12 months of joining:
