Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Delivery Director for AI Foundry and Anthropic Business to lead delivery excellence, portfolio health, and client satisfaction across enterprise AI engagements.

You will manage executive client relationships, oversee AI strategy, RAG, and Claude-powered solutions, and collaborate with sales and engineering to ensure scalable, responsible AI deployments. Hybrid/remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, technology delivery, or related field.
• 5+ years of people-management experience.
• 2+ years of delivery leadership on enterprise AI/GenAI programs.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Excellence: ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget delivery across AI Foundry and Anthropic services.
• Portfolio, Program & Client Leadership: build trusted relationships with client executives and drive adoption and growth.
• Delivery Governance, Quality & Methodology: enforce delivery standards, governance, and responsible-AI practices.
• Sales-to-Delivery Transition: ensure smooth handoffs from opportunity to implementation and ongoing delivery.
