Job summary

NewRocket, an Anthropic partner, seeks a Delivery Director to lead AI Foundry delivery across enterprise engagements, shaping strategy, governance, and client success.

You will build executive relationships, drive on-time/on-budget delivery, manage portfolio health, and collaborate with Sales, Architecture, and Practice Leaders to scale Claude-powered platforms and responsible AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, technology delivery, digital transformation, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in program and project management, delivery leadership, or client engagement management.
• 5+ years of people-management experience with coaching and developing teams.
• 2+ years of delivery leadership on enterprise AI/GenAI programs, including at least one production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery across the AI Foundry and Anthropic services portfolio.
• Develop trusted relationships with client executives, program sponsors, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise AI engagements including AI strategy, Claude-powered solutions, and RAG.
• Maintain executive oversight for key programs and accounts and manage risks, quality, and value realization.
• Partner with Sales and Practice Leaders to support bookings and expand existing client relationships.
