Job summary

NewRocket in Raleigh (hybrid/remote) seeks a Delivery Director to lead enterprise AI engagements, including AI Foundry and Claude-based solutions. You will own client relationships, drive delivery excellence, governance, and value realization across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12+ years in professional services or delivery.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise AI delivery projects including multi-stakeholder governance.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting, margin, and utilization accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI Foundry and Anthropic engagements with executive sponsorship.
• Maintain portfolio health, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive bookings, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
• Lead globally distributed teams and partner with Sales and Practice Leaders.
