Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart, Inc. is hiring a Delivery Coordinator II to ensure delivery schedules run smoothly and inventory issues are resolved. You will contact customers when deliveries can't occur as planned and coordinate with teammates and providers to meet timelines.

Responsibilities include auditing orders, guiding delivery teams, evaluating requests, and providing solutions to maintain customer loyalty and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of office/clerical related experience including customer relations and problem resolution.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft products required.
• Data entry at 50 words per minute.
• Excellent oral communication and phone skills.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Audit delivery orders and exception reports to identify problems and resolve those problems.
• Advise teammates and delivery providers regarding actions to execute the business plan.
• Analyze requests from teammates and provide approval or alternative solutions to ensure customer loyalty.
• Assist delivery providers, including management, office staff and delivery teams.
