Job summary

Faraday Future, a California-based technology company, seeks a Head of Delivery Center in onsite Los Angeles to own delivery performance from Order Center to POD handover. You will lead a delivery team, define SOPs, and coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries for high-value products.

The role requires 7+ years in delivery/logistics with 3+ in management, and a Bachelor’s in supply chain or related field. Remote work is not expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in order fulfillment, delivery or logistics operations, with 3+ years in management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, business, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to build, train, and lead operations teams and hold them accountable to KPIs.
• Proven record owning delivery results for serialized, high-value products including third-party warehousing.
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM, or order management systems; able to build delivery reporting and dashboards.
• Able to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, warehouse, and operations while maintaining clear boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable owner for Delivery Center results and backlog.
• Build and lead the delivery operations team with defined roles and staffing.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for delivery systems and processes.
• Run end-to-end delivery processes from Order Center handoff to POD collection and invoicing.
• Plan capacity and set realistic cutoffs for month-end and quarter-end with cross-functional partners.
• Own delivery documentation control and ensure timely handover to Finance.
• Publish weekly delivery status reports and backlog action plans.
• Improve delivery processes and automate workflows across order, inventory, and logistics systems.
