Job summary

Faraday Future in California seeks a Senior Specialist, Logistics & Customs Compliance to own customs compliance, international and domestic transportation, goods receiving, outbound shipping, inventory control, and warehouse operations. This role blends strategic risk management with hands-on execution to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective movement of parts, equipment, and finished vehicles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customs compliance, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of HTS, ISF, Incoterms, and customs-entry processes.
• Proven communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure import/export activities comply with U.S. and international laws.
• Own HTS classification, country-of-origin, and required filings (ISF).
• Plan and manage domestic and international transportation to production needs.
• Lead carrier and broker management, rate negotiations, and performance.
• Oversee goods receiving, outbound fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse standards (FIFO, safety, 5S) and KPI reporting.
• Partner with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Legal.
