Nextpower Inc. in California is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain execution for contracted projects from 70% handoff to delivery.

You will own planning in Anaplan and ensure data integrity across systems, drive on-time shipment, and coordinate with Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, and Logistics to meet contractual commitments. This onsite role requires strong cross-functional leadership and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations within manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain execution for complex projects.
• Strong expertise in planning systems (Anaplan preferred) and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain execution for assigned projects from 70% handoff through completion.
• Ensure on-time supplier shipment and project delivery; manage risks.
• Maintain planning data integrity across Anaplan and ERP systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics.
