Job summary

Faraday Future is seeking an Order to Delivery Manager to establish North America sales planning processes and optimize inventory across the supply chain. You will oversee short- and long-term planning, volume allocation, and reporting to support customer satisfaction and minimize exposure.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Experience in automotive or EV sectors is preferred, with a focus on global and regional planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Production, National Sales Company, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years experience providing Sales Planning and accurate monthly forecasts.
• Short and long-term planning based on volume forecasts.
• Chair weekly Business Performance Meetings and log forecasts and actions.
• Track weekly forecast accuracy and present to management.
• Understanding of sales and volume planning theories.
• Ability to grasp the big picture and work in a sales environment.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with management across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Operational short-term planning and schedule optimization.
• Strategic long-term planning and forecasting.
• Global and regional volume allocation and specification alignment.
• Produce production and sales volume plans and adjustments.
• Maintain regional allocation plans for FF globally.
• Prepare and align reporting and presentations for leadership.
• Assist in delivery process establishment from order planning to end-user monitoring.
