Qualifications

• Experience in software delivery or cloud migrations.
• Proven track record leading data migration, systems integrations, or platform transformations.
• Knowledge of APIs, automations, and integration patterns (on-prem to cloud).
• Strong SDLC understanding and ability to influence delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud transformation engagements by evaluating customer environments and aligning execution with business outcomes.
• Facilitate migration readiness assessments, interpret guardrail results, and recommend remediations.
• Understand APIs, webhooks, and automation components and their cloud implications.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executives, guiding decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Govern migration lifecycle with disciplined execution and cross-functional coordination from discovery to go-live.
• Drive team accountability through milestones, reporting, and optimal resourcing.
• Lead all project communications, plan reviews, and steering committees with stakeholders.
• Escalate blockers and drive urgency during migrations.
• Mentor peers and lead internal enablement such as training workshops.
