Qualifications

• 10+ years in project and program management for external clients.
• 7+ years managing Salesforce engagements preferred.
• 5+ years leading a team of 10+ professionals.
• Experience supporting Public Sector Professional Services.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements to produce plans.
• Proven PM skills with large teams, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as needed.
• Security clearance eligibility and US citizenship requirements.

• Primary customer interface and governance adherence.
• Develop consultants' growth plans and track progress.
• Conduct regular 1:1s focused on performance and development.
