Qualifications
- 12+ years of Salesforce delivery, configuration, and optimization experience.
- Proven leadership of diverse consultant teams and client delivery engagements.
- Experience identifying growth opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Comfort with responsible exploration and adoption of firm-approved AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of Salesforce-related services for a high-value portfolio.
- Oversee project plans, staffing, budgets, and timelines across lifecycle phases.
- Drive business development and market services to prospective clients.
- Mentor and coach team members to support growth and delivery excellence.
