Job summary

Iterable, a leading AI customer engagement platform, is hiring an Email Deliverability Consultant for its Managed Services team in the United States. You will provide deliverability consulting, educate customers on best practices, and monitor performance using internal metrics and third-party tools to maximize inbox placement and ROI.

The role requires 2–4 years of deliverability experience, strong technical knowledge of email ecosystems, and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years in email deliverability consulting or support.
• 2+ years in a B2B customer-facing role for a high-tech SaaS org.
• Experience with 3rd-party delivery tools (Validity Everest, eDataSource, etc.).
• Strong technical aptitude for email delivery ecosystems and best practices.
• Familiar with ISP/domain policies, block mitigation and feedback loops.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM/GDPR/anti-spam laws.
• Excellent communication and customer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide email deliverability consulting for new and existing customers.
• Educate customers on email marketing best practices and deliverability.
• Monitor performance using internal metrics and third-party tools.
• Ensure a smooth product experience and higher ROI for clients.
• Partner with Support to analyze tickets, detect trends, and resolve issues.
• Maintain high deliverability for a growing enterprise client base.
• Monitor client satisfaction and drive retention and growth.
• Compile delivery data into Email Deliverability Reports.
• Warn customers of potential problems and propose reputation strategies.
• Resolve delivery issues with ISPs and mailbox providers.
• Build relationships through MAAWG and industry leadership.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned clients.
• Contribute to Iterable Blogs and Webinars on deliverability.
