Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a Member Solutions Specialist I to support MSS II in reducing delinquencies and losses. You will help members avoid unnecessary collection actions on overdrafts, NSF items, and loans while assisting in documenting and coordinating collection efforts.

You will also contribute to securing collateral, assist loan processing activities, and share in the credit union's success through teamwork and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and customer service skills.
• Strong math skills with decimals, percentages and calculations.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, follow-up and collect on delinquent loans, credit cards, and NSF/Overdrawn accounts.
• Initiate phone calls to members for collection following guidelines and document actions in member files.
• Contact members via phone, letters or emails and guide timely payments.
• Comply with consumer protection laws and other applicable state/federal regulations.
• Locate collateral and document its condition; assist branch and lending staff.
• Assist Loan Processors with trips to the DMV and related errands.
• Document all member communications accurately across sources.
• Complete various reports as assigned; travel may be required.
