Zusammenfassung

Wings Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Specialist to assist members with past-due consumer loans and negotiate payment arrangements while minimizing risk. You will conduct inbound and outbound calls and provide expert guidance to the MSS team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in customer service or collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a solid understanding of credit products, policies, and relevant regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in Customer Service, Collections and/or Consultative Financial experience.

Aufgaben

• Make inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve past-due loans and balances.
• Evaluate financial circumstances and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Resolve CPI and payment posting issues.
• Provide guidance as MSS team lead on complex collection matters and escalated interactions.
• Identify training needs and communicate recommendations to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and credit union policies.
