Qualifications

• Combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience with at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Analytical ability and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with delinquent consumer, mortgage, and/or commercial loan accounts.
• Initiate inbound and outbound calls to borrowers and assess repayment options.
• Arrange repayment plans or loss mitigation solutions while complying with regulations.
• Perform skip tracing, analyze financial information, and review collateral value.
• Collaborate with internal partners and management to select strategies.
• Document all account activity and recommendations thoroughly.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees as needed.
• Stay informed on market trends to mitigate risk and losses.
