Job summary

Associa is seeking an entry-level Delinquency Specialist - Coordinator to support the Delinquency Leadership team with system setup, branch onboarding, project coordination, and operational support for C3 and the Delinquency Portal. The role focuses on accurate and efficient completion of tasks and acts as a primary contact for branch support requests.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred but not required.
0-3 years in customer service, administrative support, project coordination or related field.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Coordinate setup activities for new branches in C3/Delinquency Portal.
Assist with branch onboarding and transition processes.
Serve as first point of contact for basic C3 and Delinquency Portal setup requests.
Respond to branch support requests and escalate issues as needed.
Communicate with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational issues.
Track, document, and monitor support requests and project activities.
Maintain accurate records and provide updates on progress.
Assist with testing, updates, and process improvement initiatives.
