HomeTeam Pest Defense is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver positive customer experiences and support scheduling of pest control services. You will interact with customers and prospects, answer questions, and help resolve billing issues using Route Point software.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, basic computer skills, and being 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. A friendly work environment and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Basic / entry level understanding of computers.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that affect subscription and service uptake.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing (non-termite), schedule services and provide closure.
• Interact with customers/prospects by scheduling pest and related services using Route Point software.
• Resolve invoices and billing questions with customers.
• Conduct telephone conversations in a professional manner and document notes in the system.
