Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator to lead daily department operations, delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating ordering, receiving, stocking and display of products.

You will supervise team members, assist in scheduling and hiring, uphold food safety standards, and help meet sales, labor and margin goals while promoting growth within our fast-paced, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to meet department needs.
• Support succession planning and identify development needs for team.
• Assist with disciplinary actions and promotions decisions.
• Meet or exceed sales, labor, and margin goals for the department.
• Maintain pricing accuracy, stock, cleanliness, and display standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide product consultations.
