Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff in a fast-paced grocery setting.

You will oversee scheduling, training, inventory control, and adherence to health regulations while driving sales and margins. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a growing, value-driven retailer.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares weekly sales and labor projections for the Deli/Bakery Department to maximize sales and profits.
• Monitors costs, inventory, and pricing to control shrink and ensure accurate labeling.
• Leads Deli/Bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversees shift operations and department work schedules for smooth daily execution.
• Ensures product displays, stock, and pricing are accurate for ads and promotions.
• Maintains sanitation and safety; upholds health department guidelines.
