• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information and developing alternate solutions

• Ensure new associates are properly oriented to the department and understand the benefits of working
• Support the Customer 1st team and promote brand standards
• Delegate tasks with clear direction and monitor progress
• Maintain punctuality and coverage for shifts and meetings
• Execute on action plans and daily priorities including goals and best practices
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety programs
