Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk to help customers choose healthy foods and prepare fresh, ready-to-eat meals in a fast-paced deli environment.

You will interact with customers, maintain clean deli displays, and handle special orders while following safety and quality standards. A high school diploma or equivalent and a friendly, reliable attitude are required; willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
• Be dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy foods by preparing fresh and easy meals.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and displayed cleanly.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays in the deli.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of the deli area.
