Responsibilities include handling equipment safely, following recipes, and maintaining accurate temperatures. This role offers opportunities for cross-training and growth within the department.

Qualifications

• This role requires serving customers and assisting in deli/seafood operations.
• Ability to read recipes, charts, invoices and temperature gauges.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in deli and seafood prep.
• Learn and promote our deli products and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Process orders accurately and maintain proper temperatures and storage.
• Operate and clean equipment safely; follow training procedures.
• Prepare and label products, weigh and wrap items, and rotate stock.
