You will plan, prepare and present foods for customers, manage orders, inventory and schedules, and collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain safety, cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced deli

Responsabilidades

• Plans and prepares food for customers.
• Checks orders to ensure received matches ordered.
• Keeps kitchen clean and organized to avoid safety hazards.
• Educates deli clerks on food preparation tips.
• Shops for steam table and case items.
• Maintains inventory of kitchen items and stores properly.
• Focuses on labor, gross profit and supply costs daily to keep operation profitable.
• Prepares fresh product pulls and stocking.
• Ensures daily schedules and completes paperwork and inventory.
• Maintains high quality and attractive presentation of products.
• Provides friendly, courteous and prompt customer service.
