Job summary

Adams Hometown Markets is seeking a Deli Manager to oversee daily deli operations in a retail grocery setting. You will drive labor efficiency, sales, and gross margins while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will train and supervise staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory, and work with suppliers to ensure fresh, high-quality deli products. Nights, holidays and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• One year deli management or deli sales experience
• ServeSafe certification or comparable
• Able to work nights, holidays and weekends
