Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years of retail experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bookkeeping skills.
• Good organization, prioritization, decision-making, problem solving and conflict management.
• Strong leadership with hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Spanish communication is desirable depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain inventory in the department to ensure freshness and quality.
• Review received orders for amount, quality, count or weight, condition, and storage.
• Lead a team to complete stocking, production, and tasks to ensure quality and timely duties.
• Maintain familiarity with products and store promotions.
• Communicate weekly and period Flight Plans and execute to company expectations.
• Follow scheduling tools, labor control, overtime, and payroll guidelines.
• Implement and model Our Winning Recipe and core values.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and career development.
• Develop and monitor department goals and forecasts.
• Attend daily huddles and meetings in person/online as required.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked department and uphold Prime Time standards.
• Adhere to food safety and safety guidelines; take corrective action when needed.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
