Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, write, and understand English at at least an 8th-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations to price deli merchandise and manage vendor check-ins.
• Demonstrate accurate math, labeling, and recipe following.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deli Manager with daily deli operations.
• Recruit, train and develop deli staff; provide feedback and motivation.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor inventory to ensure in-stock efficiency.
• Maintain clean and safe store deli environment and control costs via waste tracking and labor productivity.
• Submit timely store reports and ensure health standards are met.
