Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to oversee deli operations under the Deli Manager, ensuring freshness, inventory control, and strong customer service within a fast-paced wholesale environment.

You will lead shifts, train staff, manage product presentation, and enforce safety and HACCP policies to drive sales and minimize losses while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

• Ability to train and develop store team members.
• Strong communication with customers and staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are fresh and available for sale with proper rotation.
