Compensation ranges from $18.40 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits including 401K with match, health coverage, and paid time off, along with various employee perks and discounts. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics for merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and proactively assisting them with accurate information.
• Making recommendations and accommodating requests.
• Managing order guides, deadlines, and reducing shrink/damage.
• Receiving/stocking of goods following rotation standards.
• Direct teams to prepare meat, cheeses, and CMS throughout the day.
• On-the-job coaching and training to deliver excellent guest service.
