Qualifications

• Completed or working towards a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in management in retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, offer assistance, suggest alternatives and thank customers for shopping.
• Ensure fresh quality merchandise with proper product handling and minimize losses.
• Assist Deli Manager with merchandising, ad execution, associate engagement, and scheduling to maintain stock and freshness.
• Oversee department inventories by tracking weekly sales, orders and supplies for end-of-period counts.
• Review schedules, assign tasks and help manage labor costs; train and develop associates.
