Job summary

Restaurant Depot in Royersford, PA is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to work closely with the Deli Manager. The role ensures all available product is out for sale and maintained with freshness policies in line with HACCP guidelines, while building relationships with customers to hit sales goals.

You will lead day-to-day deli operations, supervise and train staff, handle scheduling, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in deli or grocery operations.
• Proven ability to train and lead a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
