Weis Markets seeks a capable manager to support deli operations at our location. You will assist the Deli Manager in daily tasks, merchandising, and staff engagement to maintain freshness and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include inventory control, scheduling, training, and enforcing sanitation and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, high-quality products for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deli Manager in daily deli operations including merchandising and associate engagement

• Oversee department inventories by tracking weekly sales, orders and supplies
• Review schedules and train associates to improve performance
• Enforce policies, documentation, and sanitation practices
• Ensure compliance with regulations for sanitation, health, safety, labeling, and weights and measures
