Sprouts Farmers Market, LLC is seeking a Deli Manager to lead one of the busiest store teams, drive department productivity, and ensure top-quality products and customer service. You will set schedules, manage inventories, coordinate merchandising, and coach team members to meet performance goals.

The role requires 18+ years old with deli supervisory experience, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and a strong focus on food safety and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with 2 years of supervisory deli experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work in a team.
• Food Safety certification required, and adherence to food safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage and merchandise the department for productivity and profit.
• Order and manage inventory controls, product quality.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and excellent customer experience.
• Recruit, hire and promote in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Address team member concerns and performance through coaching and reviews.
