Key Responsibilities

• Order and maintain inventory, utilizing control procedures to ensure freshness and quality.


• Review received orders for accuracy, condition, and storage, managing product quality and rotation.


• Manage team tasks including stocking, production, and handling spoiled/damaged products.


• Maintain product knowledge, promotional awareness, and execute sales plans.


• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and food safety compliance, taking corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.


• Supervisory experience desired.

• Business acumen, retail operations knowledge, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


• Ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable depending on location.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied environments with exposure to outside weather and noise.
