Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Retail Department Supervisor to lead daily store operations, train staff, and maintain optimal staffing and compliance with company standards.

You will manage inventory, validate orders, supervise stocking, and ensure product quality and safety while executing store plans and labor-cost control. A hands-on leader will guide performance and shop-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Leadership ability with hands‑on management style.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk extensively, with exposure to varied environments.
