Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service department, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while meeting merchandising and sales goals.

The role requires at least 2 years in a fresh foods environment, a high school diploma, ability to lift 25 lbs, and ServSafe preferred; flexibility for weekends and holidays; driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Direct department personnel, coaching and onboarding of new team members.
• Schedule team members and supervise daily deli operations.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deli/food service items, display according to guidelines.
• Process cash transactions and manage inventory and invoicing.
• Maintain clean, safe prep and sales areas; monitor pricing and signage.
