Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct and supervise all deli and food service activities, ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. You’ll onboard and schedule staff, coach team members, manage inventories and merchandising, and uphold sanitation standards.

The role requires 2 years in a fresh foods environment with supervisory experience, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in walk-in coolers/freezers.

Responsabilités

• Direct department personnel to achieve merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.
• Onboard, coach, and schedule all team members.
• Process orders, manage cash register transactions, and ensure correct pricing.
• Oversee deli/food service prep, display, and sanitation per guidelines.
• Maintain stock, rotate items, and ensure quality and safety.
