Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh food's environment preferably in managerial role.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and active driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Direct department personnel and scheduling to meet department goals.
• On-board and coach new team members; schedule staff.
• Take guest orders and ensure satisfaction with timely completion.
• Ensure department follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Order products and supplies; maintain stock and merchandising standards.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation and display; follow recipes and rotate items.
• Process cash register transactions and handle pricing and weights.
