Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to oversee all deli and food service activities, manage staff, and ensure sales, service, and merchandising goals are met. Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in managerial role.
• Must have reliable transportation and an active driver’s license.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with store management.
• On-board and coach new team members; schedule all team members.
• Process cash transactions and ensure accurate pricing and scale readings.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, merchandising, and quality control.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety guidelines.
