Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service team, manage daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires supervising staff, coaching new hires, scheduling, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment preferably in managerial role.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel and scheduling to meet goals.
• Provide product information, selling suggestions and samples to guests.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely fulfillment to satisfaction.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Oversee preparation, merchandising and display of deli items.
• Process cash register transactions and manage invoices and inventory.
