Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service department, manage staff, and ensure high standards of guest service. The role includes scheduling, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining product quality and safety across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a fresh foods environment, be able to lift 25 pounds, and possess Serv-Safe certification if possible.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and guest service skills.
• Experience in fresh foods or deli environment preferred.
• Ability to supervise employees and ensure safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel to achieve merchandising and guest service goals.
• Schedule and onboard new team members; provide coaching.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, display, and rotation of items.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and proper pricing/labels.
• Handle cash register transactions and maintain accurate paperwork.
