Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to direct all activities in the deli and food service department. You will manage staff, onboarding, scheduling, and guest interactions while ensuring safety, quality, and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders, overseeing preparation and serving of items, and maintaining clean, compliant workspaces. Previous supervisory experience in fresh foods is preferred, with ServSafe being a plus.

Qualifications

• Supervisory responsibilities in a deli/food service setting.
• Customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and sanitation processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, guiding and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department.
• Schedule all team members and participate in onboarding and coaching.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain product displays and ensure adherence to merchandising standards.
• Receive merchandise, audit invoices, and manage inventory counts.
• Process cash register transactions and ensure accurate pricing.
