Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service department, coaching staff and meeting merchandising, sales and guest service goals. You will schedule, onboard and train team members, manage product prep and display, and ensure compliance with food safety policies.

The role includes ordering, inventory checks, and maintaining accurate paperwork. A high school diploma is required, with 2 years of fresh foods management experience preferred and

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in managerial role.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Flexibility to work weekend, holiday and/or evening shifts and assist other locations as needed.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and an active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, meeting department goals and objectives and communicate with store management.
• Schedule all team members and onboard/coaching new hires.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, display items, and ensure product quality and safety.
• Process cash register transactions, manage stock levels and keep records accurate.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
