Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service team. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage scheduling, and uphold safety and merchandising standards across breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, controlling inventory, and executing company recipes while maintaining quality and a positive guest experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and an active driver’s license.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and/or evenings.
• Work in walk-in coolers and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel and meet department goals and objectives.
• Schedule and onboard new team members; coach staff.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely completion to guest satisfaction.
• Oversee deli/food service prep and merchandising activities.
• Receive merchandise, audit invoices and manage inventory.
• Ensure safety guidelines and proper pricing signage are followed.
