The role requires strong deli/food service leadership, and offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually with health insurance, 401(k), PTO, sick days, and performance bonus. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Deli department at Centereach location.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure adequate stock levels and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and develop Deli department staff.
• Schedule and coordinate staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Address personnel issues and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.
