Qualifications

• Age 18+ requirement.
• AA degree or 6+ months related experience/training.
• Completion of Company Orientation, food safety and sanitation training.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations and scheduling, training Partners, and ensuring execution of plans.
• Provide superior customer service and coach on sales techniques.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards across all zones.
• Oversee bakery, deli, prepared foods, produce, and Texas Backyard areas as applicable.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and shift coverage.
• Support cross-functional training and system implementations.
